WATERVLIET, N.Y. — The Watervliet Jr.-Sr. High School and Whitney Young Health are preparing to offer a first round COVID-19 vaccination clinic for district students aged 16 or older on Wednesday, April 14.
Watervliet’s school nurses will work with Whitney Young health professionals to assist with the student vaccines. The clinic is by appointment only. A follow-up clinic for second doses will take place Wednesday, May 5.
To register your child (must be 16 years or older) for the COVID-19 vaccine, download and complete the two forms and return to the main office of Watervliet Jr.-Sr. High School.
