Michelle Kehoe is a program manager with Kingston’s Loving Spoonful, which uses food to draw connections and foster peer relationships, but also informs food system security, environmental stewardship, food literacy and cultural curiosity and humility.

The mental, emotional, social and physical health benefits that come from this type of place-based, experiential learning is a powerful thing for educators to witness.
